Anyone Missing Santonio Holmes??

My answer to that question is a resounding "NO".  Just recently I've had a few posts and read some other articles on line about how solid the Steelers' WR core is this year.  Santonio is known in the 'Burgh as the Super Bowl 43 hero, but as the Steelers do time and time again, they cut the players they know could be an issue...and most of the time it works in the Steelers favor.  Steeler fans were LIVID when all they got in return of the Super Bowl MVP was a 4th round pick from the Jets.  Is anyone complaining now?  Santonio (or "Turd" as my brother and I called him) has been nothing but a problem for the Jets.  From pouting at the end of last season, to now calling out the media for them creating problems and asking them "to be nice".  To me, it was a blessing that the Steelers parted ways with Holmes when they did.  He didn't fit into the Steelers' mold anymore, and Colbert and the front office saw the writing on the wall well before any fans did.  Now we have Mike Wallace, Antonio Brown, Emmanuel Sanders, and Jerricho Cotchery as our WR core and if you ask me...its better than any WR core we had with Santionio Holmes.

So, do you miss "Turd" now, or are you happy that they Steelers got rid of him?  I think we might be able to all agree on this one...
